Hello, I am facing the video card crashed error in games and programs. I made all my checks with 3rd parties, but my problem has been going on for a long time.I am using all my Drivers up to date.I have the RX 5700 Graphics card.

Need more information on your computer setup.

Can you translate the AMD Error message?

Make sure your GPU Card is not overheating or Overclocked and your PSU is outputting correct 3.3v/5.0v/12.0v voltages.

Is the AMD Driver installing successfully or are you getting an AMD Installation error?

Did you use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with the internet disconnected and AMD Installation Folder at C:\AMD deleted before installing the AMD driver?

I reinstalled with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). I do not encounter any errors during installation. '' Make sure PSU outputs 3.3v / 5.0v / 12.0v voltages are correct. Where can I find these values?

Any Monitoring software but OCCT also shows you the PSU Outputs under Monitoring and during Stress testing.

If you have a good quality PSU of at least 500 Watts it shouldn't be problem.

What does the AMD Error translates into English that you posted?

I would run OCCT GPU Test to see if it crashes or runs successfully. During the GPU Stress test you can check GPU temperature and other data if it should crash.
