Hello,
recently I have been experiencing huge performance issues with my AMD Radeon graphics Card. The problem is that almost any game runs with extreme fps drops. For example LoL shows around 150/250 fps but it can drop to even 10 fps 4 times in a minute which is really annoying. Not only that but also games like fortnite, skyrim, name it, show acceptable fps but it is constantly droping to 10 or less. If i try to watch a movie on one screen and play a game on a second, i can't hope for even 10 fps, 7/8 tops. Moreover my screen sometimes turn black with sound still on, just to turn back to normal after few seconds. It only happens in games. The fun thing about it all started after i got a new cooler for my CPU. For a week or so after that everything was running perfect. Lol - 500 fps with stable 200 after few minutes in game, Skyrim, Fortnite, Overwatch, everything smooth and beautifull. Then suddenly poof and i have black screens every other half an hour and huge fps drops. Nothing really changed during that time - no new software, nothing. I tried everything i could think of - uninstalling drivers and reinstalling them, updating and downgrading them, downgrading windows version too, updating it back. Disconnecting 1 screen and working on one, connecting screens with another cable instead of DVI, under and overclocking the card with msiafter burner and amd radeon software. Nothing worked. Problem persits. Mentionable is the fact that gpu is working at 100% constanly while in game according to process manager.I would really appreciate any help and suggestions as what to do as i don't really want to buy new gpu since this one should still be quite good.

Not an answer for sure, but accidentally updated my drivers after not doing it for a long time. now i have crashes and when ever i restart or shutdown my pc i have to do a cmos memory reset and bios reset to get the screen to work again.
did you ever figure this issue out?? have the same card..
I have a R7 200 series and experience the same issue so if you find a solution please let us all know. i have noticed with mine that my cpu and gpu usage jumps to 100% when the frame drop happens so i dont know if that will help but any information may help you find somewhere new to look for a solution.
