How to fix the black screen of the hdmi input ( pc with RX 6750 XT)

I have a problem with my Hisense 65A69N. After performing a software update, the TV stopped recognising the video signal coming from my desktop PC. I have an AMD RX 6750 XT video card and I have tried all the available HDMI ports, but none of them work. Strangely, my laptop is being detected correctly.

I noticed that other TVs can display the output of my video card without problems.

I would like to ask if anyone has already encountered a similar problem or if there are specific solutions for this model of television.

I have the same issue on my Hisense 65A7NQ. After the update from Version 0621 to 1025 I can’t connect anymore.

We have a discussion on the german “ComputerBase”-Forum where more people seem to be affected.

We all have in common that an update from last week on our Hisense TVs broke compatibility with our RX6000 (6600 and 6900XT) series Card.

we try to get a Software downgrade from Hisense German support with no success yet.

Since this seems to be a AMD and Hisense driver issue I suggest your both open a AMD SUPPORT Ticket and see if they are aware of this problem or not from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

Sounds like the latest AMD driver update has a new or updated feature that is incompatible with Hisense TVs.

Try installing a previous AMD driver and see if your TV has video input or not from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/previous-drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-6000-ser...

EDIT: I presume by you guys saying it was an update you meant updating your AMD Driver.
