How to adjust color to 0-255

I’m trying to edit videos for a project and my whites are coming out gray in my premiere pro. I saw fixes online that say to change the color space to 15-235 or 0-255 but I don’t know how to do that with the adrenaline interface.

 

is there a fix for this with Radeon amd 6600
