Hello i have RX 460 sapphire nitro 4gb unlocked bios  

How i Can safe undervolting my Card or safe Overclocked Card

What is the best software to do this ?

My Card in Metro Exodus after play 2-3 hours is around 74-78C max in 1080p medium 

I change paste on gpu to bequiet dc1 and give new thermalpad thermall grizzly on memory and vrm

Can someone explain me how do this and how test?
