Hi did anyone know how to sort this problem with VRAM Clock Speed on RX7900 XTX 24GB GPU all time show me 909MHz before was 100-120Mhz

Your Vram clocks are not high as they are capable of going much higher that 909,could you please tell me if its stuck at 909 or moving up and down?

fresh start system is 909 with browser on go to 1538 then back to 909 looks like is stuck do some changes for a sec and back to 909
