Describe your issue:

• When i change application power options to high performance and start any game i get horizontal lines on the monitor and cant see a thing except colours; i still hear sound and game is working (its not frozen) - Change power options of processor from power saving to high performance and start a game.

You need legacy drivers. Your cards arnt supported by the Latest of AMDs drivers. Need to find drivers related to you card either threw Dell or AMD driver site for your specific series laptop.

I installed legacy drivers now. It's same stuff happening.

Now i dont even have the option to change the power managment, so basically I cant play anything, because everything i open its blurred.

Ok i downloaded crimson whql from 2016 year it was on the site amd with legacy drivers but there i cant find performance mode aswell

Still cant change performance mode. Default is high and basically games are not working because i cant change the mode in graphic card options.

starting to think its terminal think you laptop maybe on its way out. HAD laptops do this before they coughed.

I think your laptop is on its way out or maybe hardrive related. I suggest best way is buy an upgrade as it is an older laptop with legacy driver support now.
