High GPU usage coming from Radeon Settings: Host Service when I have record desktop enabled

So I've recently realized that the Radeon Settings: Host Service background process is eating up all of my GPU usage constantly at 100% only when I have the record desktop enabled in recording tab. This doesn't feel normal, attaching a screenshot showing power consumption and the load coming down to a much better percentage when I turn it off.

Note: Other locations did not load for me so had to pick this one..

High GPU usage from the Radeon Settings: Host Service when record desktop is enabled is likely due to the background process required for real-time desktop capture and encoding. This can put a significant load on the GPU, especially when recording in high resolution or using hardware encoding. To address this, ensure your Radeon drivers are up to date, adjust the recording settings to use less GPU-intensive methods, or switch to software encoding. Additionally, try disabling hardware acceleration in apps, close unnecessary background programs, or use tools like Task Manager or GPU-Z to monitor GPU load and identify other contributing factors. If the issue persists, consider disabling record desktop when not needed to reduce GPU strain.
