That makes zero sense. The only graphics cards Intel makes are integrated into their processors, and AMD APUs won't fit in their motherboards.
Pretty sure Intel only ever made 1 add in graphics card in their existence and that was like 20 years ago. But hey can you guys send me a card too? 🙂
They make AIBs, but they are compute accelerators (Xeon Phi) not graphics cards.
