Hello started playing New World Fresh start servers and saw that my graphic card is underperforming. Any Idea what it might be?
Here are my specs:
Graphics -PowerColor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16G
CPU -  AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
Motherboard - ASRock X570 Taichi
PCU - ASUS ROG Strix 850W
RaM - G.SKILL Trident Z Neo RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz (could this be the problem? should I upgrade to 2x16gb-4000mhz)
CPU Cooler - AIO Lian Li GALAHAD 360
I play on 1080p and the game is running around 100-130 fps outside of crowded areas which is underwhelming, when I checked the adrenalin software I saw that the GPU usage was unstable 40-60-80-70-40 % all the time and mostly stayed around 60%. I tried lower settings and higher settings and it still stayed the same. Tried also different adrenaline settings but no luck there too.. I'm confused and need some help. My SAM is active and I don't use any AMD Chill settings or other stuff. I know that the game is poorly optimized but I got a friend with a lower-end AMD CPU and GPU and he has 100 fps more than me in the game.

I dont' think you should not look at usage, but fps and compare that to what you should expect.

Why do you think FPS should be higher? When I install a new game, I just play it. Does it run well? Having a 100% CPU or GPU usage is not what to you should look for.

With my 6800 XT New World just didn't run at super high frame rates. I got between 60 and 80 fps with my rig. I am thinking the game just doesn't fully utilize some people's hardware.
