Hi, I have computer problems, discards is the graphics card.
How is the problem? well, I am simply using the computer (playing / or simply on the internet) and suddenly the screen goes black and after about 2 seconds the sound is locked (as if it were a scratched disc).
I would like to know what happens and if it can be solved or avoided
