Hello,

I just got the card yesterday, i was using a 6700xt before and it was working fine, but when i installed the new 7900xtx and tried to render the output in resolve, my pc just turns off after a click sound.  Editing in the timeline, adding color, playing games , stress test etc seems to be working fine with no issues. 

It only happens when i actually click on the render button in davinci export page. 

CPU is 5900x

Could someone tell me what's happening and how to fix it.

Hi,
Rendering some projects can take a heavy toll on either the CPU & GPU, you could be tripping your Power Supply Unit. Leave your specs so we can help you more.

But up front, a 5900X and a 7900XTX, specially if you have a mild OC or curve optimizer, it can skyrocket a bit, so don't look down on wattage. You'll need something like 1000Watt for comfort or a Platinum 850W at the very least.

Also, describe a bit more your issue.
