Hello! I have dual monitor setup and on my primary MSI Optix MAG241C(144hz, display port) and secondary Acer KG221Q (75HZ, hdmi). I have 144hz set on MSI, but when I play games in fullscreen my hz are unstable, 60-66-100-120-70 (something like that), but when I play in window mode I have 144hz. GPU: RX 580 Gaming X 8g

I solved it with:

Remove drivers with DDU

Then Install Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-19.12.1

And then Unpack adrenalin-2020-20.3.1-minimalsetup-200318

And Update Just the drivers from Device manager.

Thats made me a stable system. The 2020 GUI is killing the system and making it unusable with dual screen.
