HDR won't enable RX580

I cannot enable HDR switch in windows 10 display settings. It toggles back to disbale the setting. I have verified all of my drivers are installed correctly and ensured that I'm using HDR compatible HDMI cables and an HDR compatible TV (LG CX55). There's no visible reason as to why this problem is occuring, but it absolutely is. I know my TV can output HDR but for some reason any time I turn it on, it immediately toggles back off. HDR is there in the options but whenever I turn it on it toggles back off. I have a RX 580. The latest drivers and Windows 10 with the latest updates.
