HD7870 Windows 10 fan control fix at 30%

Hello,

I have a ASUS HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2 with Windows 10 and AMD Drivers 18.12.2 and also tried .13 version.

The problem is that the fan is blocked à 30%, no way to change it, and of course my PC is veruy noisy !

Any idea ? registry option , .... ?

Any other oc/fan control apps installed ?

Have you tried resetting overdrive and/or disabling it (restore factory defaults) in amd settings to see if it runs normally off the cards bios fan control ?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

Yes, already tried... I also change my 2x pciexpress connectors, without any results...

I have contacted Gigabyte & ASUS for BIOS update. ASUS said the motherboard BIOS is not compatible with fan control... I don't understand why ?!

And, of course, Gigabyte said me to see with ASUS...

My card could ONLY be updated with UEFI BIOS, and I have a legacy BIOS.

Any other idea ?
