in Aida64 I have ~13000mb/s in memory reading and writing, while people on the Internet have ~25000 mb/s like my friends, who knows what the reason is? Also, the video card is not loaded at 100 percent, but does not give out the maximum fps

Could be difference from running on pcie 3.0 board, fairly sure i saw this mentioned on aida64 forum once?
