Green screen, black screen and blue screen of death
Hello all.
First of all apologyes for my english is not my main language.
I bought a month ago a laptop; Acer Aspire A315-41, wich has a processor AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx with a AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics card, over the past 2 weeks ive having multiple green screen, black screens and blue screens of death resulting in a forcefull shutdown of my laptop, this problem doesnt even occur gaming, it happens when im watching videos (netflix/youtube) or just browsing the web, right now i cant even watch 5 sec of netflix and i got a full green screen that disapear when i move the mouse. I have zero computer skills so if any one could help me i would be gratefull.
