Hi everyone

Solidworks (which is and industrial design program) keeps crashing whenever I use VBA. All those home I asked expected it is a graphic card setting problem, there must be some setting that is wrong, they say.

I am asking this here in case someone have had this issue.

This started to happen with this PC, which I recently got.

Processor: Intel Core I 5

Memory: 12 GB

Display adapter: ATI Radeon HD 7350

Windows 10 Enterprise

Solidworks 2018

Any solution other than replacing the PC would be very appreciated

You have to contact the manufacture of the software for that. It seems like the software don't like the video card. The software mite not support that video card. You need to check and make sure you update the software to the current version. Update video drivers (Don't use version 18.x video drivers). Update to 19.0+.

If this still doesn't work. There mite be a incompatibly issue with the software and video card. Call the manufacture.
