Graphic Card and CPU Compatibility

Hey I was wondering if a Radeon RX 590 will be able to work with a Ryzen 5 5600x? Or is the GPU just too weak?

it will work 100%.  The 5600X will be overkill if you pair it up with that but the good news is that if and when you do upgrade to a new GPU, you will be set, hardly any bottleneck if that.

Yes an RX590 will work with that CPU.

RX590 is o.k. GPU.
Will keep you warm in winter as well.

In what sense?
5600x should give the OP  about 10% FPS boost versus running with say a 2700X at 1080p.

Why get a 5600x to pair up with a RX 590 when you get grab a 3600 or 2600x and virtually get the same results?  It's too good of a CPU for a small graphics card like that in my opinion.  Not only that, he'll be paying a lot more for the 5600x.

No one should buy a Ryzen 2000 series CPU now.
Memory Controller much better on Ryzen 3000.
Zen+ is not worth the headache.

I agree 100%, nobody should be getting Zen+ at this point, especially with Zen2 out now, but at the end of the day a person's wallet makes that decision.
