hello. so, i build my first pc a couple days ago, and i'm having a problem with the graphics. the pc works fine but after a couple of hours , the screen terns off. the pc is still running normaly, i can hear spotify playing in the background or i can still talk to my friends if i'm playing games, just the screen turns off. and after a minite or so, the screen cames back on, the resolution has changed from 1360x768, witch is the normal resolution to 148x768 and it displays this messege. To fix this i restart the pc and the resolution comes back to normal, but after a couple hours or so, the same thing happens. what do i do? my cpu is an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
