I've had my 7800xt Nitro+ for 2 weeks now with no problems. But this afternoon I noticed lots of lags when playing games. I looked up on adrenaline and noticed my GPU usage dropping from 90-100% to 0-10% every few seconds for some reason. As well as my GPU voltage being only 900-1050mv instead of the 1150mv the card should be running on.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling graphic drivers but nothing changes.
