all my games look like the video I sent and when I check my gpu usage it is spiking from really low numbers to high. I have tried underclocking, re installing the drivers and i have watched and did a lot if thing that videos or websites have said and none of them have worked. my gpu is not new i have had it for years and it has never done any thing like this. it also some times does the same thing well just being idle and basic tasks. my specs are:
msi rx 580 oc 8gb mk2
amd ryzen six core
16gb of ddr4
600b EVGA power supply
x470 aorus ultra gaming
