I have Sapphire Nitro RX 470 4GB Mining Quad (HDMI port only). My monitor resolution is 5:4 (1280x1024), but in some games when I'm changing video settings to 16:9 (1280x720), GPU scaling won't work properly. Image going to top of the screen and bottom fits with black bar. I need those 2 black bars on the top and the bottom. I've tried many settings in AMD Software but nothing helps. First photo is with the problem. Second is that what I need.
