GPU Keeps Crashing

My computer keeps crashing (rebooting windows) when running any stress benchmark and when running an old directx11 game the game would run (dcs world) but then crash after a few minutes or if ran too hard. BRAND NEW build brand new software reinstalled drivers twice! (once with DDU ran), all brand new parts specs as follows:

5600x with a prism cooler
asus b550m tuf
asus rx6800 (ref)
32gb gskill ripjaws pc3600 (running at 3200), even tried running with oc profile same thing
seasonic 750w gold

no parts are hot or overheating, windows event viewer not logging anything, games and benchmarks just reboots windows...the benchmarks run for a split second before crashing. running system resolution at 1440p with an acer predator x34 monitor.

have pulled the ram modules and ran one at a time and same thing happens. no other graphics card to test (no onboard either)

Big Boss

1. do a CMOS
2. leave BIOS at "auto"
3. test if it still fails

3b. update Win10 to 20H2 - then disable Win10 auto-driver-install
3c. run DDU in safe-mode and clean old driver
3d. install latest AMD driver from website (dont use auto-detect)

4. enable XMP (also set RAM voltage to 1.4V) and test
5. manually UV/OC your CPU (or play with safe voltages)

have fun
