No matter the driver version i run, or whatever configuration i've checked in both Adrenaline Software or other configuration tools, like Afterburner.
My GPU keeps dropping it's clocks during gameplay.
The temperatures of the card are not close to high, nor even it's utilization, these drops don't discriminate between games, they just happen, sometimes generating constant stuttering and other times just a single but jarring stutter.
