I recently build 2 PC with the exact same spec and every time I played games, I got a black screen with no sound. I need to reboot my PC after that.

I actually got the last driver (27.20.12033.1007) with the AMD Adrenaline Software. I also tried the last tree drivers with and without the software, same problem. I uninstall and reinstall Windows 10 Pro (19042.572) 3 times, same problem. I changed my PSU on one of my PC, same problem.

Before I go for a full refund, anyone have an idea ?

hi, I have the same graphics card, try windows 10 1909 version, no problem for me,do you use discord?if so, disable H.264 hardware acceleration,also turn off in the browser

do an ubgrade BIOS first

Did you:

plug your DisplayPort or HDMI cable into the GPU?

plug the power connector into the GPU?

make sure that the GPU has fully slotted into the PCIe slot (should hear an audible click)?
