1 tb seagate hd
1 dvd burner/player.
I am using radeon adrenalin 18.2.1 driver software.
750 watt ps.
the fans on the card are not spinning at all.
i did a 15 min stress test with cpuid and still no function of fans. Gigabyte's site is of no use.
Is this card bad or is there a compatablity issue? (software/hardware)
I get video, good frame rates etc.but high temps and no fan speed. Wattman shows 0 rpm as does speccy and hdmonitor.
Any help would be nice.
