If you expect help you need to post your question again since it is so extremely vague.

What is your laptop Make & Model, if possible Serial Number?  What APU does it have installed? Which Windows version do you have installed?

What errors are you showing?

actually the HD8650M-Series is a TeraScale3 GPU // either AMD A10-5750M or A10-5757M

TeraScale is now LEGACY-DRIVER

latest driver that should work is either https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-non-gcn-16-2-1-beta OR non-gcn-16-9-1-mod (this you have to google yourself)

My sister now owns my Acer Aspire V5-552G with A10-5757M + HD 8750M // it uses the driver non-gcn-16-2-1-beta and works like a charm ;)

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
