games wont run at more then 60 fps vsync is off and i dont know what to do when i open bo6 at the menu im on 400 then ingame i get 60 and its hardlocked all the fps caps are unlocked vsync is off updated my drivers and chipset and i dont know what it could be

is this multiple games and is it a amd NVidia or intel graphics card?

Update: on the menu of a game i get 500 fps but ingame i get 60 and its stuck at 60 i have vsync off and my GPU goes to 80% everything is fine until im in the game happens with every game that has a menu

and also the fans arent spinning theres no noise coming from the pc even when its at 80% gpu usage

Did you actually see the fans not spinning? Because no noise might be simply becasue they're quiet, especially not at 100% usage.

What games specifically does this happen in? Some games are locked at 60 FPS on their own while menus still run at high framerates.
