Games like Hitman 3 or Halo Infinite crashes

Hi, I recently got an RX 6700 XT and in games like Hitman 3 or Halo Infinite, sometimes I can play 20 minutes or 1 hour and then it crashes, in other games like GTA V I have 1 second freezes when I disable sync vertical, for a while it worked fine, but it started failing again and I don't know what to do, I activated the resizable bar, disable windows fat boot, but it didn't help.
My system:
CPU: Intel Core i7 11700K
GPU: PowerDevil Red Devil RX 6700 XT
RAM: Aorus 16Gb 4400mhz
PSU: EVGA 750W 80PLus Gold
MB: Aorus Master Z590

Well, placing the values of the xmp profile by hand, it was fixed, it was the same with my previous modules, only with xmp it crashed even when doing nothing, with these it didn't, but when playing it gave errors, it's good that I can use my 4400 without problems , ah to be some error of the motherboard
