Games are being minimized RX 570 4 GB

Hi. I have problems with games. When I play any game, it collapses into a window. Any game except frostbite games.
My system
i5 3570
hyperx 8 GB ddr3 (4x2)
yeston rx 570 4gb
the application of 600 W
SSD 240 GB apacer
1 TB hard drive
Reinstalled windows 3 times, 4 times the driver on the rx 570 4gb

If your monitor is not properly recognized by the AMD driver, the issue of games not runing fullscreen may occur.
What is your monitor and connection type (DVI or HDMI or DP)?

The problem is probably because you are using VGA.
