I have a problem with Games that use the OnBoard-Graphic-Card instead of the Amd-Card
System-Details:
- CPU: Intel Core I5 6500k
-GPU: AMD Radeon Rx 480
Driver Packaging Version
18.10.16-180516a-328911C-RadeonSoftwareAdrenalin
I´ve tried to Change it in the Driver but in the System section there is no switchable graphics.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Download/read your motherboard manual.
Change bios settings(if needed), connect your monitor cable to the graphics card port (not the mobo port), download/install amd drivers.
There is no switchable graphics option for your cpu/gpu combo (use one or the other).

Something to add, when we unboxed our new 690 0020 I checked the back for all the connection ports.. The designated RX video card has 1 HDMI & 3 Display ports, but over to the left of the rear panel it has room for another HDMI connection, yet this port is actually blocked as this must have been how the factory shipped the unit. is this something new as not to allow connections through the motherboard and forces one to connect either HDMI or Display post directly to the video card. In other words, adding this small block plate to the back of the system reduces the confusion when connection the monitors.
I do not know, probably HP could answer that.
