FX-9800p, RX540. Fifa 18 full hd with lag

Hello, i can't play FIFA 18 IN FULL HD rezolution, FX-9800P, RX 540. Can I resolve it? Or my graphics and processors not working for this?(Sorry for my bad english)

Your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements, and the RX 540 is only half as powerful as the R9 270, so they do not even meet the MINIMUM requirements.
