Freezes with RX 6750 XT

Hi, I'm having problems with my PC freezing, I don't know if it's the video card or the processor, this is my machine:

RYZEN 7 5700G
RX 6750 XT XFX
32gB RAM DDR4 3200mhz (16x2)
B450 AORUS M
500GB SSD M.2 XPG
1TB SSD M.2 KINGSTON
COOLER MASTER 800W 80 PLUS GOLD
WINDOWS 11 PRO

Speaking more about the problem, when I play Rocket League, it always freezes for 1 second at the beginning of each game, in other games this also happens but more randomly, I've formatted the PC a few times but it didn't work, I tried several configurations in the Adrenalin software but it didn't work, I tested several versions of drivers and it didn't work, I'm not sure but before I used the integrated graphics without any problems (I don't remember, I'm not 100% sure), I also used a Chinese RX 580, without any problems as far as I remember, but with the RX 6750 XT I have two options, either I always had this problem or this problem appeared after 3 months of use, it is still under warranty but I prefer not to use it if possible. In addition to this crash, sometimes bugs occur on the screen, like half of the screen freezes on the previous activity, for example sometimes I change tabs in the browser and half of the screen is the old tab and half on the current one, this happened on Microsoft Edge.

I always use my RX 6750 XT around 15% to 80% and 40 degrees to 80 degrees, from my research these are operational metrics, and the RYZEN 7 5700G around 30% to 80% and 40 degrees to 70 degrees.

If anyone wants more videos of the problem or to help me more directly, you can add me on discord: ruanomelao.

I would start by disabling the integrated graphics in your motherboard's BIOS.  You are just wasting heat / power with them running if you are plugged into your discrete graphics card.  I would also question the quality of your monitor cable.  I prefer to use Display Port (DP) cables, rather than HDMI cables.  Do you have another monitor cable you can try?

Other options include using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove old graphic driver files, and run this app in Windows Safe mode.  Then install the latest recommended AMD chipset drivers for your motherboard and the Adrenalin drivers for your RX 6750.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

I found this setting in the recent software. It actually seems to SHUTDOWN the fans and they do not turn on. I have to check to see if it resets after a reboot. If so this NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

Check to make sure this is off - Zero RPM - as this killed my PC and I had to rebuild it.
