Freesync sometimes work and sometimes not

GPU: MSI RX 480 8G

Monitor: Acer SA270 with Freesync and 75Hz (HDMI)

Freesync is activated according to driver.

in games like Assassins Creed Odyssey it never works longer than 3 or 4 game sessions

Framerate locked to maximum 75Hz in the driver and the game

Your monitor supports FreeSync in 48-75 hertz range. So, as soon as FPS falls below 48, FreeSync feature will not work.
