Fortnite unplayable stutters on 6700 non xt

Hi all, I've been playing with my 6700 non xt for around 6 months now. It's great, it runs games at 1440p really smoothly.

There is just one exception.

Fortnite.

To say this performance is outrageous would be an understatement. I get great fps, vsync caps it at 165, but it runs great. But if I turn my head even a little too fast, like say I hear an enemy behind me, my game just freezes/stutters for around half a second. This makes the fast paced, close quarters part of fortnite basically unplayable for me. Even on performance mode, lowest possible graphics, 1600x900, vsync on, I get these crazy stutters when turning. I didn't have this issue at all with my gtx 1660 ti.

I have tried everything, vsync on off, super resolution, amd freesync on or off, different dp cable, frame generation on or off, different monitor, different drivers, tpm in bios on or off, smart access memory, but I can't fix it.

Please help me, I refuse to believe my rx 6700 can't compare to my **bleep** gtx 1660 in such a scenario.

It seems like you've tried a lot of things to address the stuttering issue in Fortnite, but it's still persisting, which is frustrating. You've made sure your monitor is set to its native refresh rate and that adaptive sync features are enabled, you've set your power plan to High Performance in Windows settings, you've closed unnecessary background processes, you've reverted any GPU overclocking, and you've tried adjusting Fortnite settings. If none of these steps have helped, it might be worth reaching out to AMD support or the Fortnite community for further assistance.
