Fortnite HUGE fps drops on performance mode still after 1,5 year that i got my rx 6600 xt

So when i play fortnite on performance mode i get HUGE fps drops but i get almost no input delay but when i play on dx12 i get constant 240fps but huge input delay pls any fixes
