I downloaded the game fortnite on a new computer with rx 570 and i3 9100f along with 8gb ram. I played a game of fortnite in solo mode, but something like this appeared at the top of the storm, I think it is due to anti-aliasing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Okay that is better.
You have distortion in the clouds. Pixelated.
Try the latest AMD Driver or a previous AMD driver to see if that help any.
Latest AMD driver : https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-570
Previous AMD Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/rade...
Try various Radeon Settings and Game Settings to see if that helps any.
Go to test Gaming Site which shows the recommended Settings for Fortnite: https://www.prosettings.com/best-fortnite-settings-guide/
Try stress testing your GPU card in case it is your actual hardware at fault by using Furmark Fuzzy donut or OCCT GPU test.
If none of the AMD driver fixes your problem and your GPU card passes all the stress tests then I suggest you open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
EDIT: I marked the area of your game that is pixelated so that other Users might be able to suggest something else.
Have you opened a Fortnite Support ticket to see if this might be a problem with the game itself or open a thread at Fortnite Forums or checked to see if there are any new Patches for the game?
Could you circle or point to the area of your image that is having problems.
I personally don't see any issues. No artifacts or anything.
Is it the lack of detail in the game?
as if such holes in the zone as I run, they are more visible
