Flickering screen edges in F1 22 using RX7900XT and FidelityFX and/or FSR1/2

I got weird flickering screen edges by using FidelityFX/FSR1/FSR2.0 in F1 22 - if I am using TAA, everthing is fine. I made a video of the ingame benchmark, using first FSR2.0 and in the second run TAA, where everthing is fine.

Has anybody else seen such issue by using these technologies with the 7900XT? Driver is the last WHQL from 11.1.2023.
I think I can exclude a hardware defect, or not?

Even F1 2021 shows weird behaviour if FidelityFX and/or FSR1.0 is actived - with TAA everthing is normal.
