FIFA 20 laggy and stuttering on RX 580&RYZEN 5 3600

Hi all, I have a problem playing FIFA 20 and, in menu I have maximum of 38/39fps, in game 300fps+ but its laggy and stuttering. I have no commands for fps max or anything. my setup: ryzen 5 3600 + RX580 and 16GB RAM.

Hey there, I also have this problem when I upgraded to 19.9.2 or newer driver version. It just stutters, sometimes massively, sometimes a little bit, and occasionally smooth for a brief moment.

This might help, Game breaking issue FIFA 20 on RX 480 .

Please help to report the issue to AMD Here team so they know the issue exist.
