turns up that many guys have this error described in closed posts 309544, 495156, 570685, 604465, 605288 and 623127 without actual solution.
I experience the same, yielding crash of my game and computer freeze.

Otherwise, if may be that the link provided by AMD https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep simply does not exist anymore since months without correction. Then I found a solution on https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/127iumr/hard_freezes_while_playing_games_found_the_issue/
run services.msc (with win+R keys), and disable the GameInput service (thus will unfortunately prevent you me from using the Xbox app). I remember (please confirm) that it's the "xbox accessory management service". Give it a try and see if that helps.
