Dual Monitor Stuttering RX 7900 XTX

1 monitor: 144Hz

2 monitor: 60Hz

Recently upgraded from a 2070 Super to the RX 7900 XTX and never knew I would be hit with stutters whenever I try to play a video on my 2nd screen my main monitor stutters for a few seconds (mainly in games) before returning to normal. I like to play games while watching YouTube/Twitch so it's annoying to be hit with stutters if I switch stream or video.

Thanks for the driver update but sadly it didn't resolve my issue
