either run CPU-Z or SPECCY to find out and post what AMD APU Processor you have.
Once you post your APU Processor than I will be able to direct you to the AMD Driver Download page for its graphics driver.
Also post if you have a separate Discrete GPU card installed.
If this is a laptop please post the exact Make & Model of your laptop.
