Hello guys , 
I was trying out MSI afterburner today , seems nice, I saw that I can decrease the clock which helped decrease the temperature , anyway does decreasing the gpu processor clock and ram clock consider as overclocking and still put pressure on card or is it even better and safe for use ?

Reducing clock speed is underclocking, and not at all harmful.  Another way to reduce power without sacrificing speed is to undervolt the card.  With some cards (like Fury and Vega), undervolting actually increases the speed, because it reduces power consumption to the point that the normal clock speeds can be reached.
