Have you tried the Radeon VII Manufacturer Support site to see if your GPU is still under Warranty or if it isn't to see how much it would cost to send you a replacement?

Need to double check the Mounting holes on your VII and see if it is the same distance from the fans above. Also check the VII Fan dimension and see if it is the same as the fan above.
The Fan part number is for a Sapphire VII GPU cards.

So you have two different 75 MM Fans to choose from. One has 40 MM mounting holes and the other has 47 MM mounting holes.
