Do i need to DDU before swapping the same 7900 xtx

Hello my OLD 7900 XTX will be replace by warranty and i need to wait until tommorow.the question is did i need to DDU the andrenaline before i put the new rx 7900 xtx.will it cause crash if i dont DDU?the driver is the same and the model is same too XFX

You should be fine with the same (current driver) as all is the same model/brand, , however ....but to be on the safe side I would uninstall it before the new gpu is installed as there may have been some xfx updates done to pcb/bios etc to the new card thats not readily announced or listed that "may" effect usage/gameplay .
