Uninstall the last Windows Update(s) and see if your DPs starts working again. If it does, I suggest you hide that update using the Microsoft app I attached and at the same time open a AMD SERVICE REQUEST to let them know that a Windows Update cause your GPU card DP to not function correctly.
If it doesn't resolve the problem then you need to continue troubleshooting the issue. I would try and install the latest AMD Driver for your GPU card and see if that helps any by using DDU in Safe mode with the internet disconnected.
