Directx 12 games crashing.

I bought a new pc setup a month ago. I'm having issue that directx 12 games crashing, driver timeout and return to desktop. No blue screen or something else. Not all d12 games tho, i tried these games so far, diablo 4(1-20 min then crash), everspace 2(menu show up then crash), cyberpunk(starting a new game to crash). No crash with deep rock galactic, civ 6 etc. Also other games with any kind(UE4-UE5) totally fine to play without any issues. Pc performance is solid.

I tried to fix by doing most common solutions like ddu+reinstall drivers, turning off gpu scheduling, hardware acc, game mode, game bar, memtest, windows clean install, bios, chipset drivers, all windows updates done etc. Also no afterburner or msi center something like that running at background.

I also tested with 3d mark, time spy and extreme is fine but steel nomad and speed way goes to fail.

I'm out of ideas, probably i'm going for RMA. I hope i can find any solution before that.

Same problem, but with DX 11 mostly. Elite Dangerous, Crusader Kings 3 (Vulkan works fine), Forza Motorsport is kinds hit or miss. That is all I have really tried to play since this PowerColor Hellhound RX 7900 XTX came back from RMA. It stopped working just over 3 months after purchase. I really didn't have time to play many games prior to the RMA, so I don't know if these problems were an issue prior to the arrival of my refurb RMA replacement in April.

I have some of the games on your list, so I will try C2077 and Everspace 2 to see if I have similar problems there.

I thought I had it beat this weekend. Disabled driver updates through Windows Update, nuked the graphics drivers with DDU and the AMD driver removal tool. Installed the chipset drivers first and the GPU driver only (no Adrenaline)  and everything was working well. Played ED for a bit, was able to enter FSS (Full System Scanner, part of the exploration game play) with no crashes (FINALLY!) for a couple of hours yesterday. Did some benchmark runs and overclocking with Afterburner as Adrenaline was no longer installed. Seemed to work well enough.

Until tonight. ED is now crashing worse than before and 2 out of three CTDs (I have to stop accidentally typing STD there) have been before I even was able to enter FSS. So it is basically worse. Removed Afterburner so back to stock clocks and the problem is still ongoing.

I am nearing the end of my patience, I really want to get all my watercooling set up this coming weekend (would have done it last weekend, found out I had ordered the wrong tubing for the run to my external rad, I've been watercooling for about 20 years, nothing new to me there, I ALWAYS order something wrong.

PowerColor Hellhound RX 7900 XTX

32GB GSkill Trident Neo RGB Expo DDR5@6000Mhz

Gigabyte x670 Elite AX

Crucial T700 1TB SSD w/Windows 10

Seasonic Focus PX 850 80+Platinum

I WANT this product to work well, I really don't want to go  back to Nvidia...and Intel doesn't have the performance yet. I hate a market with no real competition.

If worse comes to worst, I will fight PowerColor and Amazon for a refund if I have to and go back to the 2070 that all these games work with (although with disappointing performance compared to the 7900 XTX) until the industry sucks less or I die.

same problem with 7800x3d / 7900xtx asrock / gigabite 650 elite / 1050w PSU. Still no answers.
Not helped: disable ULPS, disable MOP, installing Radeon-ID Community Driver.

Only helped fixing performance overclocks like here:
