Direct Show Video Render Filter window does not draw video at ATI Radeon HD 4350 (Windows10 1803)I

I develop Direct Show application.

When we run the program in the environment of Windows 10 1803 + ATI Radeon HD 4350, it will be strange behavior.
The Video window will remain black and nothing will be displayed.
However, when a part of the Video window moves to a position off the desktop, the video is displayed.
In addition, when the video remains black, placing the mouse pointer over the Video window will cause the mouse pointer to display larger.

The driver ha bee updated to the latest.

Please give me cause or measures advice.

The HD 4000 series does not meet the minimum requirements of Windows 10.

Thank you for the comment.

Really?

This problem occurs at VGA size video.

If i use QCIF for video, i can see video.

ATI driver suport windows10, but HD 4350 is not support for Windows10.

If not, how can I disable ATI HD Accellerlator on Windows10?
