Hello I recently bought a dell laptop G5, with AMD ryzen 4000 series 7 and AMD Radeon RX 5600M dedicated graphics cards + AMD Radeon TM Graphics for integrated use.
It started working fine untill I installed these drivers Adrenalin Edition or Pro, I tried both but same problem goes in. Basically, instead of using the 6 GB VRAM it goes down to 3 gb ram and uses 3 gb ram shared memory, which ofcourse lowers atleast 30 fps or more of efficiency while gaming. I need help, I have tried reinstalling all drivers both PRO and Adrenalin, BIOS doesnt have an option and putting energy setting to maximum quality both on PC and AMD graphic software and still the same problem.
Note: AMD really needs a contact service number.
